How far in advance should I book?
We will book a maximum of one year in advance. Our books are currently open for 2023. Check out our social media pages for availability updates!
Can I view the pieces in person?
Yes, but by appointment only! Our pieces are stored at our workshop in Lantzville, BC. Appointments can be requested via our Contact Page, and we do require 2-3 days notice for on-site visits.
Do you rent off of Vancouver Island?
Yes. We can accommodate our delivery services outside of the mid-Vancouver Island area but it is dependent on availability. Send us a message to see what’s possible!
Can I order a custom piece?
We take on custom orders on a case-by-case basis. You can submit a form on our Contact Page with the idea you have in mind, and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
Do the arches come set up?
They can! The arches come dismantled in a carrying case, with easy-to-follow instructions for building on the day of your event. It takes approximately 45 minutes to set up or dismantle your arch. We also offer delivery and set-up services at the venue of your event.
Is there a late fee for rentals?
Yes. If the rental is returned outside of the agreed rental window, an additional 25% of your total rental will be charged for each day. If a rental is returned more than 5 days late, your damage deposit will not be refunded.
Do you offer delivery services?
We service events across Vancouver Island, the Gulf Island, and the Sea to Sky (coming soon). We offer local pick-up for our rentals at our workshop in Lantzville or local delivery depending on availability. Fill out our Request to Book form to learn more.
Are the arches weather resistant?
Yes, all of our outdoor pieces are finished with a water-resistant coating, that is reapplied after a certain number of uses. That being said, all pieces should be stored in a dry place when not in use.
Do you provide decor services?
We do not offer decor services for the rental pieces, but we do have a Preferred Vendor List made up of local florists, event photographers, etc. that we love to work with. You can request this list after your booking is confirmed.

We offer local pick-up for our rentals at our workshop in Lantzville, BC, or delivery to select cities across the island and Sea to Sky. The map below shows our local delivery zone for the island, but please note that we do deliver outside of this zone on request.
